• This platform helps BTI to measure and keep track of departmental cooperation by numbers or percentages.
• When any employee takes any cooperation or aid from another department, he/she will give points/ratings to the person.
• The rating can be done once a month; the rating is performed out of 100.
• The management can track the overall departmental cooperation percentage for every department.
• Only the admin has access to see, who gives how much point to whom. No employee can see how many points are given to each other.
• The monthly/yearly high point achiever is declared and shown in highest.
• Everyone can see his total earned points
• Admin can enter tasks based on control access for employees.
