This all-in-one platform will give employees the flexibility to manage their lunch preferences, provide vendors with accurate meal counts, and integrate directly with bKash’s Active Directory for seamless operations.

Flexible Lunch Subscription Management

The LMS will offer daily, weekly, and monthly subscription options so employees can choose what works best for them.

• Daily: Subscribe or unsubscribe for the next day’s lunch until 5 PM.

• Weekly: Select specific weeks in advance.

• Monthly: Set a recurring lunch plan for consistent service.

Employees can also:

• Request guest lunches with payment options through payroll or alternative methods.

• Manage intern lunches in bulk with real-time editing and separate reporting.

• Handle new joiner lunches so HR and vendors can plan accordingly.

All of this will be accessible through an easy-to-use employee portal—from any device.

Special Occasion Meal Management

bKash’s cafeteria also caters for Ramadan and Eid, and the LMS will handle these seasonal needs:

• Iftar: Employee subscription with line manager approval and cost tracking.

• Seheri: Subscription without approval, with separate cost reports.

• Eid Day & Next Day Meals: Morning snacks, evening snacks, lunch, and dinner—fully scheduled and tracked through the system.

Vendor Portal for Accurate Meal Preparation

Vendors will get a dedicated portal with real-time meal counts, including separate guest totals, so they can prepare exactly what’s needed and reduce waste.
Custom reports will list employees and meal types, helping vendors plan distribution across different locations.

Smart Token-Based Meal Access

To keep distribution organized, token machines will be installed at serving points. Employees will swipe their ID card or enter their ID to receive a printed token with their details.
